- Your First Introduction to a Black Boar Cue: George was first introduced to Black Boar cues in the late eighties through some pool room associations. In the early nineties Bob Maidoff acquired a Black Boar and introduced George to Tony.
- Your First Visit Shop: George first visited the shop with Raphael in '97 or '98. He was impressed with the size of the operation. He found the cleanliness and organization most impressive. He said, "There was no dust, no wood chips and vacuum systems hooked up to all of the [messy] machines."
